Case Study: Refrigerator Performance Evaluation Testing System

Introduction of delivery cases for refrigerator performance evaluation testing systems.

We would like to introduce a case study of a system that adds many functions to the measurement and analysis capabilities based on the "Wave Researcher" for the development of new refrigerator products and quality assurance evaluations. Since the tests require long-term data measurement, an efficient system is highly desired. The "Wave Researcher" operates on a single measurement server, allowing for centralized monitoring of up to 10 tests in the environmental testing room, demonstrating significant effectiveness in simplifying operations, reducing the number of measurement computers, and centralizing management of measurement data. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Demand for an efficient system ■Results - Significant effectiveness in simplifying operations, reducing the number of measurement computers, and centralizing management of measurement data. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example] Car Air Conditioner Cooling Capacity Testing System (Standardization of Test Benches)

Introducing a case study of the delivery of a car air conditioning cooling capacity testing system (standardization of test benches).

We have modified the "Wave Researcher" for use in a car air conditioning test bench and would like to introduce a case study of the system's delivery. There are many types of air conditioners for automobiles, and the environmental testing rooms installed in factories and research laboratories vary widely, as do the measurement and control equipment and the manufacturers that produce them. The differences in operability have become a cause that hinders the efficient operation of the equipment. This case aims to achieve efficient operation of the facilities by standardizing test systems from different manufacturers. Based on the "Wave Researcher," it has become possible to handle equipment from multiple manufacturers. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - Standardization of test systems - Efficient operation of facilities ■Results - Enabled processing compatible with equipment from multiple manufacturers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Electrical Product Vibration Inspection System

Investigate the resonance frequency, modes, and magnitude of vibrations! Developed for vibration testing of automotive household appliances.

We would like to introduce a case where our "Wave Researcher" was delivered to an electric product vibration inspection system. The system measures whether phenomena occur that could lead to the destruction of product components or materials, or the loosening of screws, resulting in noise, by varying the range of resonance frequencies of vibrations that the product is likely to encounter during use. This system was developed for vibration testing of in-vehicle home appliances such as car navigation systems and audio equipment, and it performs pass/fail judgments based on pre-specified criteria. 【Features】 - Developed for vibration testing of in-vehicle home appliances such as car navigation systems and audio equipment - Vibration waveforms controlling the exciter are registered in advance in a file - Vibration and acoustic data generated from the product are measured using an analog input module - Pass/fail judgments are made based on pre-specified criteria *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
